Dave Aubrey
Dave is husband to Abby, dad to Charlotte, Emerson, and Penelope. He received his bachelors from Liberty University in Worship Studies and an MDiv from Southern Seminary in Christian Ministries. He has served in numerous roles at the same local church since 2009 in Delaware, where he is currently one of the lead Pastors and oversees the worship ministry. Dave has been writing songs for over 20 years and has seen firsthand how the power of music can be transformative in people’s lives! He has a deep passion to help people know, love, and become more like Jesus! He is also a self-proclaimed soccer pundit!
Justin Kintzel
Justin is a Pastor at Grace Church in Minnesota where he serves as the Senior Director of Worship Arts. “First and foremost, I am absolutely nobody without the grace of Jesus Christ. I do my best to stand upon the Word of God. I love my gifted and beautiful wife. I love my crazy and awesome children. I lead worship, shepherd an amazing team, write songs, plan sets, design graphics, create videos, write blogs, study scripture, and produce music.”
Ashley Kintzel
Ashley is married to New City Collective artist, Justin Kintzel! Under Justin’s leadership as the Worship Pastor at our church in Minnesota, Ashley loves leading worship and teaching in the Women’s Ministry. When she’s not homeschooling their four children, you can find Ashley blogging about theology, apologetics, and discernment for Christian women. Ashley’s heart is to equip the local church with truths that will provide a firm foundation for the storms of life and magnify God’s glory in every season.
Josh Wood
Josh is the Worship Pastor at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Virginia. He is passionate about leading a worship environment where the songs are truth-filled and scripture-based. He’s been a part of helping church leaders in his local area understand the value of musical excellence as well as assisting them to understand the importance of choosing songs based in scripture.
Jordan Grizzard
Jordan is husband to Kayla, and dad to Jozlyn and Kendall. He is a Worship Leader, artist, and vocal producer with a passion to lead the church to a deeper understanding of the truth of God’s Word through music, art, and creativity.
Nick Hardeman
Nick is an Associate Worship Pastor at Cross church in Arkansas. “I am married to my incredible wife, Nicole, and we are dog parents to our mini Goldendoodle, Bella. We love corporate worship, writing songs, the Andy Griffith Show, and hiking!”
